WordPress overwrites the site path for phpbb3 and for MediaWiki and redirects to 404 wordpress. How to fix?

Please tell me what to do in this case.

Recently moved wordpress from folder to root directory

When i try via plugins or/and .htaccess to make path from:
/w/index.php?title=Main_Page to /wiki/Main_Page
and
/forum/viewforum.php?f=1&sid=405ad13d4b08d92b94e797fabf091828 in /forum/main-forum
The site greets me with this :/



Looks like I'm logged into wordpress and the page doesn't exist
(I've also tried setting up dokuwiki but the result is the same site is only accessible with *.php?* at the end )

If you leave everything as it is, it will work, but this is not a solution to the problem at all :/
