Why do some devices have no Internet access for mikrotik and why mikrotik is not updated?

Colleagues, I got a shaitan piece of iron in the configuration of which I do not really understand HAP AC2, I will be glad if someone will help. There are two questions:
1. Does not update the firmware. The current version of MikroTik RouterOS is 6.42.6.
I press so, the router reboots, the firmware does not change. I manually threw the firmware into the root, it also does not work.

I also tried using the console, no result.
2. Two Huawei P20 Pro / Huawei p20 lite phones are connected to the same 5HZ hotspot. On one there is the Internet, on the second "a network without access to the Internet". The same parsley was observed on the service laptop (the Internet did not work on it, even when connected to the LAN), but I attributed this to the curved network interface settings of the laptop.


What configs are needed? Write, please, commands, I will throw off the result.

after receiving the piece of iron, did you reset its settings? try and reconfigure

It confuses me that the firmware is not updated. There is a suspicion that this piece of iron was once hacked. Export the config, reflash through netinstall and carefully transfer the config.
