Why do Samsung games slow down?

Hello everyone. Samsung R540 Core i5, 4gb, AMD Radeon 1024mb, Win 7. Brakes in undemanding games. Such as CS: GO, Warface. I don't play any more. In theory, iron should cope with them, but in fact the brakes are inevitable. The problem is not on the Internet, movies in good quality loads with good speed.

Most likely, the matter is in the overheating of the processor, which reduces its performance (the so-called throttling). Put some utility that shows the temperature and see. If the temperature when starting games is 70 degrees and above, and the laptop is several years old, it makes sense to disassemble and clean it. Maybe even change the thermal paste on the processor.
It also makes sense to check for viruses, perhaps some malware is hanging in the background and loading the processor.

Has your laptop been dusted for a long time?
Try installing MSI Afterburner, enable monitoring of CPU and GPU load, as well as their temperatures. After that, play the game a little and you can see where the plug is: in the processor, in the GPU, or in their overheating.
