How to build your application for Samsung Gear 2?

There are Samsung Galaxy S4 and Samsung Gear 2.
From Android studio software and Tizen IDE for Wearable.
I downloaded examples from the Samsung website (developer.samsung.com/samsung-gear).
Began to deal with Hello Accessory.
I collected the project by the studio, uploaded it to the phone, from there the application itself loaded into the watch. Everything is working.
I assembled a project for the clock in Tizen IDE (I didn’t change anything in the code), uploaded the resulting .wgt to the assets folder of the android project and built it again. After installation, a window appeared on the phone that it was not possible to install the application on the watch and the connection with them was broken.
Bottom line: with the finished .wgt everything works, with the compiled one I get an error. Probably something with the rights (keys?), But I did not find information on this topic.
The step by step guide says just compile-copy-compile-

Yes, you need a certificate to upload a .wgt application to your watch via a linked phone. A guide to getting a signed certificate from Samsung is in Tizen IDE for wearable Help -> Help Contents -> Getting Started with Tizen Wearable -> Development Environment -> Tizen SDK for Wearable -> Certificates . The only remark is that you do not need to send them your key in a letter, they still do not encrypt the certificate, but send it in clear text.

I can’t answer your question, but I’ll ask a counter question: where exactly and how to upload wgt on the phone?
