Which laptop to choose for android development?

Dear colleagues! I ran into the following problem... Yesterday I was writing a program on a laptop with the characteristics of i5, 4 gb, 500 gb, 2gb video card.
I waited two hours when the nexus 5 emulator opens. But I never waited. I work in android studio.
Please tell me which car to choose?

0) Buy a device, or rather a few on which you will test (they will pay for themselves).
1) Purely emulators are used extremely rarely now, look towards Genymotion.
2) The laptop is normal, I use an even weaker one on trips and everything is ok.
PS Again, it depends on the seriousness of the work. If you write 1 application, then this is enough. If this is your work, then it depends on your budget and requests (you can buy at least 200 kilo rubles)
