sudo adduser ubuntu www-data
sudo chown -R :www-data /srv
sudo chmod -R 775 /srv

/srv has rights: Owner root - Create and delete files, Group www-data - Create and delete files.
I reboot.
/srv has permissions: Owner root - Create and delete files, Group www-data - Access files.

What's wrong?
