Why do OMSA and iDRAC report different battery health information?

Good afternoon.
There are 4 DELL PowerEdge R710 servers. OS - CentOS 7. Available on each server iDRAC and openmanage server administrator 7.4.1
On two servers, the following happens: according to iDRAC with a battery of storage, everything is ok. In the OMSA web interface, I see that Battery on Controller PERC 6/i Integrated: State Failed
omreport shows the following:
omreport storage battery
List of Batteries in the System
Controller PERC 6/i Integrated (Slot Embedded)
ID : 0
Status : Ok
Name : Battery 0
State : Ready
Recharge Count : Not Applicable
Max Recharge Count : Not Applicable
Learn State : Idle
Next Learn Time : 81 days 4 hours
Maximum Learn Delay : 7 days 0 hours
Learn Mode : Auto
On two more servers I see this: iDRAC data says storage battery OK. The OMSA web interface data says Battery on Controller PERC 6/i Integrated: State Failed. omreport reports that
omreport storage battery
List of Batteries in the System
Controller PERC 6/i Integrated (Slot Embedded)
ID : 0
Status : Critical
Name : Battery 0
State : Failed
Recharge Count : Not Applicable
Max Recharge Count : Not Applicable
Learn State : Idle
Next Learn Time : 58 days 2 hours
Maximum Learn Delay : 7 days 0 hours

Whom to trust? How do you know if the batteries are good?
With iron servers, there is almost no experience at all, I don’t know where to dig.

It is necessary to unload the storage controller log through OMSA, there will be detailed data on the state of the battery, from which you can find out what is happening to it. Such a difference in the readings of the utilities may be due to the fact that the battery test cycle has not yet been completed, or was completed a long time ago.
