Why do my eyes hurt from a new monitor?

I bought a 4k monitor at work, which I spend about 7 hours a day. I decided to buy one for home but faced the problem of discomfort in the eyes. Everything is ok on the robot, but at home there is discomfort. Drivers and color scheme is the same. What could be the problem?

What I have already tried:
1. Replace the cable, namely 3pcs
2. The video card is new and the same on the built-in one
3. I took the home monitor to the robot, connected it to a working computer and EVERYTHING is OK there, there is no discomfort ...

Most often, eyes get tired due to the low refresh rate of the screen.
Yours should be 76Hz. Check.
And so, many parameters affect the comfort of working at a computer: starting with system settings and ending with an external light source.

Miscellaneous other conditions - background light, window location, distance to the monitor, and so on and so forth.

The most obvious thing that suggests itself in the first place is the beat between the flicker frequency of the monitor and, for example, LED lighting lamps. Moreover, several factors are involved:
- conditionally flickering of the monitor with a frame rate (how many 60/75/85, etc. Hz is set)
- flickering of the monitor with a PWM backlight frequency (it is necessary to look at the monitor specification 150-250 Hz usually)
- flickering of lamps at the power supply frequency (50Hz)
- flickering of the lamps lighting at the frequency of the reciprocal of the delay time oos in the sd driver (units of Hz)
All this together can give an infernal mixture - it is enough to estimate the pairwise sums and frequency differences for each factor and then similarly for each result.
Well, or simpler - play a pencil test with a monitor, lighting and a combination of this.
