If I am nearsighted, do I need to wear glasses in front of the monitor?

Hello, I think not a small number of people have put their eyesight at the computer. I study at the university, and I realized that I can’t see the board well in lectures, so they bought me glasses. Now I work more at the computer (remote work), and I notice that my vision is deteriorating. But the fact is that I see everything that is on the monitor normally, and I need to wear glasses, for example, on the street (I don’t often go outside :)). So, is it necessary to wear glasses at the computer, if the eyes in general are already so comfortable? With glasses, I won’t say that it’s not comfortable, but there is a feeling that sometimes the focus drops off a little (for milliseconds), just like a phone focuses on something.

Go to a normal salon, not a store, so that you can get good glasses (or better contact lenses, if they fit)

Check with an ophthalmologist. "Myopia" is a very vague concept.

And tell that too
