How to force yourself to go to bed on time?

Many have a problem getting up in the morning, but I have a problem going to bed.
There are alarm clocks, different with the name "Go to sleep." On some days at 23:45, on others at 1:15 am.
But, the time is coming. The alarm clock is ringing. But I don't go to sleep. Something always gets in the way. It would be nice if these are rare situations, for example: just on the way home or the soup has not yet been cooked. But for the most part, it's not the ability to pick up a soft spot, shut down the laptop, and go to sleep.
An example of a similar scenario:
The alarm clock "Time to sleep" rings. And I have VsCode open. I catch myself thinking "Now I'm finishing a line of code and I'm going to sleep." Added. I start the build. I see a failed test... I woke up already at 2:30 am, not 11:45 pm as planned that day
Or this:
The alarm clock rings. I'm sitting watching another lecture about something, for example, about Node.JS. I tell myself that I will listen to the speaker's current thought and go to sleep. Suddenly the speaker says "And you can ...". then my hands itch and I open VsCode... I woke up, and it was already 2:45, instead of 1:15 as planned that day.
Lots of examples. But they all rest on "just a little bit more and I'll go to sleep." I know very well that tomorrow I will be broken all day, and in some places dissatisfied, because. I want to sleep. But for now, I can't help myself.
Perhaps I'm not the only one and maybe someone has already experienced this and can share their experience in dealing with such a scourge?
UPD :
Willpower dofiga! I can lift a soft spot, walk to the fitness center in 35 minutes. There, perform difficult tasks from a swimming coach. And this is regular, stable 3 times a week! Lifting your ass and going to sleep physically is much easier than going to the gym and training ;)

Try setting the alarm in another room or in a hard-to-reach place. The alarm clock is designed not to remind you that it's time to wake up, but to distract from sleep, so here too - you need not to have time to finish the thought, but to distract yourself from it altogether.

Yes, everything is simple.
• Give me or your friend (the "guarantor" of the transaction) 5-10 thousand rubles. The amount should be tangible for you, but not prohibitive. Choose the size yourself, I just gave an example.
• Sign a piece of paper "I undertake every day for 30 days to go to bed no later than 00:00 and send a proof about it there", throw a scan / photo to your guarantor.
• Every day you take a picture of the clock and the computer turned off (or a selfie in bed, whatever you like), and in the period 00:00-00:05 you throw the photo to the guarantor in the mail or cart or wherever it is more convenient.
• Survived 30 days? Get all your money back. Leaked AT LEAST ONCE - the money remained with the guarantor.
PS It is better to take a stranger as a guarantor, so you will have more incentive (one thing is to please a friend, another thing is who knows who). If you don’t trust my profile, look for someone unfamiliar through distant acquaintances.

Lies.
You are interested in doing this, maybe the coach is cheerful, maybe the company, maybe now the priority for you has settled down such that it is important for you, so go to the fitness center.
Willpower is where you stop your brain from deceiving you.
Bottom line: train willpower.

Make a "smart" alarm clock so that it turns off the electricity and the Internet after it goes off)

In the absence of willpower, nothing will help. However, you can try to go to a psychologist and find out the real state of things inside you.

Here people have problems))
There are such concepts as self-control, willpower.
This is a question of psychology, as said above, it is incredibly stupid to ask it here.

1 you need to think about and decide why you need to go to bed at this particular time, then you need to decide that this is more important than "finish this line or any other activity."
2 knowing these pre-made and deliberate decisions, when the alarm goes off, write a couple of lines of reminders where you left off (to make it easier to continue in the morning), and go to bed.

Yes, constantly. I wrote down a script that, at + - 20 minutes from the specified time (randomly), simply cuts down the system without the possibility of re-enabling it - when turned on, it immediately cuts it down (it was very cool to debug, yes).
Well, in general, once and for all, I gained "willpower" when I was late for a date with Chan, because I did not go to bed on time.
Therefore, you can either leave everything as it is, if this mode does not bother you a lot, or wait for the first serious file.

Elementary. You set yourself two alarms. Go to sleep, and the second in 15 minutes go to sleep.
You can ignore the first one, on the second one you just cut everything down and go. Regardless of the additions and stuff. What's so difficult?) Get used to it for a week)

Any questions related to self-discipline and psychological self-treatment imply that you can rely on yourself at least sometimes, at least in something, and at least agree on something with yourself.
Because if "Well, I can't do anything" - hands down very quickly both for themselves and for advisers.
Then an external cause is needed. Guru. Master. Boss. Mum. Wife. Girlfriend. Sergeant.
Btw - nowhere and never in my life have I slept as well as the first three months of school. Maybe your option? Joke.
Make an agreement with yourself - go to bed at 10 ... 11 a week as you like. You can give the laptop to your parents/friend. The world will not collapse. You can - you can move on. No - go to a psychologist.
well , then two

Two alarm clocks, one at home, the second at the bed + the condition "If after the second call I'm not yet in bed, then I honestly throw my laptop out the window"))
If you return home later than time, just go to bed right away, everything else in the morning.
