What budget chair can I choose for long sitting?

Hello everyone :)
I have to sit at the computer for more than 8 hours a day, I want to change the chair. I now have a very cheap one, from Ikea (2k costs), and eternal back and neck pains.
Could you recommend any options up to 15k (17) rubles? The budget is small at the moment. I would like something adequate, at least for a year or two of life. I've looked all over, but I can't find anything suitable...

It would be better to spend this money on a pool and massage.
Pain in the back and neck - not from the chair, but from sitting for eight or more hours a day.
Advertising of chairs that supposedly relieve these pains is just a lie.
Whatever you sit in, the problems will only grow. Especially in a comfortable chair, which allows you to relax your back and lose your muscle corset.

Normal chair with lumbar support. But, as they write above, it is better to spend money on a pool and massage. I am for the pool, and the massage is pampering. But exercises to strengthen the muscles of the back - OK + spinal traction device.
