Why do emails end up in spam?

Welcome all.
I linked my domain to Yandex.PDD. As a result, half of the recipients end up with my letters in spam, although I never did mass mailings. Who is to blame and how to improve the situation?

PTR and SPF records registered for the domain?
Did you set up a DKIM signature?
If not, then configure
DKMI - https://yandex.ru/support/pdd/set-mail/dkim.html
PTR and SPF - https://interface31.ru/tech_it/2013/10/pochtovyy-s...

The mail servers of your recipients are to blame.
Why this happens - the algorithms worked, and the exact reason is unlikely to be found out. It can be the content of the letter or your ip, for example.
In theory, it is not you, but your addressees who should correct the situation. That is, now they complain to you for some reason, but they should complain to their mail servers or somehow set up filters for you. Of course, you yourself can also write to the support of those mail servers, but it is not known whether they will help you, if only because you are not their client.
If you were free to complain, then spammers would also complain and constantly argue and defend their case, whitewashing themselves. But who will like it? So those. support is more likely to accept the complaint "the emails I need are going to spam (I'm a user)" than the complaint "my emails to your users are going to spam (I'm from outside)".

Did the domain mail successfully reach pdd.yandex.ru before linking the domain to pdd.yandex.ru?

Didn't find what you were looking for?
