How does Yandex recognize accounts through which Chrome was logged in?

Actually the question is in the title.
1. in the debugger in chrome in the "Clear storage" tab on the Yandex page cleared all data (localStorage, sessionStorage, cookies, indexedDB, webSQL, cacheStorage, applicationCache);
2. closed the tab with Yandex;
3. changed the ip issued by the provider in a different subnet;
4. closed chrome;
5. opened chrome;
6. opened the main Yandex;
7. clicked "enter the mail" and he knows from which accounts he entered the mail, offering to log in under one of them.
Perhaps there is some unique id of a particular browser by which it determines this?

Run requests through Fiddler. It will show what goes to the server.
