Why did chrome stop saving credentials from a proxy server?

Good day! After some of the recent updates, chrome does not offer to save credentials from the proxy, so it does not substitute them into the input form. In the chrom'a settings, it's worth suggesting to save passwords, in the credential manager, the data for the proxy address is entered and, for example, IE picks them up perfectly (it's a pity that it is IE).
Proxy - kerio 8.6.2 build 3847, connection via http.
I came across recent topics with a similar problem, but, unfortunately, they did not end with anything.
upd:
in general, today passwords just began to be saved...

Because chrome no longer trusts http and therefore considers the transfer of authorization data not secure. Now either ssl / tls or goodbye, handles and at your own peril and risk

It is this, ↑ http:// has long been considered a source of danger for user data in Google.
In general, I always get some kind of notification there (you can see something is activated in the experimental functions, or because the account is paid), that the site is unsafe
