Why does chrome offer to translate the page in Russian?

I'm making up a website, it's in Russian. There are product names in English. Chrome offers to translate into Russian. How do I get rid of this so that site visitors are not prompted to translate the page? html lang="en" is set.

Chrome proceeds apparently from the fact that the user himself decides what is more convenient for him. Someone will turn it off, someone will turn it on. Or is it an internal resource and such a requirement?
