Can I send mail from a Yandex alias for a domain?

If there is mail for the domain, and an alias to it, is it possible to send it so that the sender's email is an alias?

Can be sent from a mailbox alias.
The account (login / password) of the main mailbox, only the sender's email changes. Yandex accepts a message for sending if the email matches one of the aliases (or the main email)
