How to correctly make a request to the Yandex api for the BlockedIps method?

I get a token, I get user data...
But I can't block ip through the BlockedIps method - it gives an error "This method does not exist".
The code:

$data = array("token" => "токен пользователя","method" => "add", "params"=>"BlockedIps", "Items"=>"145.255.8.192");
$data_string = json_encode($data);

$ch = curl_init('https://api.direct.yandex.ru/v4/json/');
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_CUSTOMREQUEST, "POST");
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_POSTFIELDS, $data_string);
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_RETURNTRANSFER, true);
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_HTTPHEADER, array(
    'Content-Type: application/json',
    'Content-Length: ' . strlen($data_string))
);

$result = curl_exec($ch);

  var_dump($result);

I am doing according to the documentation:
