How do search engines treat dynamic content?

The content is not entirely dynamic, but we are talking about content that has a limited time period of relevance.
In this case, the URL of the page remains static.
Usually the date in the title changes + a couple of mentions in the content, and periodically the information itself
An example of such sites:

  • lunar calendars
  • short-term promotions from coupons
  • transport schedules

How do search engines treat such content?
Is it difficult to move to the top?

Well, what do you think, if today there is one content on the page, and tomorrow another. How can a search engine understand what's happening on a page?
As an option, write a large static article + add a dynamic block in which the content will change. Without immersion it is difficult to say, but preliminary it seems to me that this is the most adequate option.
