Why did Upwork stop responding to my cover letters?

Good afternoon friends.
I've been working on Upwork for 4 months, everything was fine, now JSS-100%
But for the last 1.5 months, customers have stopped responding to my cover letter.
I have already spent 80 connections, but there are no answers, at all. They don't even interview.
I always try to send letters only personalized - for a specific request.
Can anyone suggest what might be the problem?

Show what you write. Personalization can mean different things, you can write personalized clichés or boring gibberish that won't even be read. Do you respond to fresh applications or those that have been hanging in the feed for several hours / days?

A crisis. Less work, lower rates. Maybe that's why?
Maybe you upped the ante?
Check your profile settings at the same time. Maybe there's something wrong.
And in general, I also noticed that the activity on Upwork has fallen. Previously, it was enough just to open a profile and the invitations themselves flew in, but now once every 1-2 weeks, and then some kind of garbage. And when applying for a job, they answer much less often and less willingly. I attribute it to the crisis and the unwillingness of customers to pay big money.
