Why did the webcam work once every 2 weeks?

The webcam is no longer detected (Microsoft Lifecam HD-3000). It worked fine, and now it works every 10 attempts. Sometimes rebooting the computer helps and the camera plows for a while. But this is only on holidays now and not for long. (USB power saving is disabled, drivers are both automatically and manually changed-changed)
In the device manager, it gives an error USB device descriptor failure (code 43)
Tried all the tips from the Internet. I even removed the static from the internals of the system unit (wat?). They said it might help.
In the Petty community, they say that the camera will not work now, after updating to the 2004 version. We've arrived...

I had a similar situation with a Logitech camera, I warmed up the camera controller at the soldering station, a hair dryer at 310 degrees, flooded the NC-559 flux under the chip, everything became normal, pah-pah so far it works
