When connected in the device manager, everything is fine, the driver is there, but in the devices and printers (control panel) my controller gets into the "no data" section, when I poke troubleshooting, it says that my controller is plugged into the usb 3.0 port, but 2.0 is needed. Everything is logical, you need to put it in 2.0, but I pierced all the ports on the PC (both blue and black, and as far as I know blue 3.0 and black 2.0) - the effect is 0. AIDA generally says that all ports are 3.0, but this cannot be maybe (computer DNS 0803082) there are two 3.0 and two 2.0 from different sides. I don't understand what to do... tell me something.

Maybe a conflict with the drivers on the motherboard? Have you tried updating?
