Hello. Such a problem, PC with WIN 10 Pro x64.
If you log in as a user, flash drives and their contents are not displayed. There is sound when the device is connected. The device manager shows it as a USB drive, and the status is "Device is working properly".
Under the administrator everything works with a bang.
Tried different devices and different USB connectors.
