Why won't linux (Debian) boot from a bootable flash drive on an HP Pavilion Laptop - 14t-dv000?

After buying a new laptop, Debian stopped loading from a USB flash drive. Asus, Lenovo works fine but new HP Pavilion Laptop - 14t-dv000 (intel core i5, intel IRIS Xe) won't start. I sequentially press F9, the bootable USB flash drive is determined, I select it, then it jumps to the GRUB menu to select the boot option. I choose Live mode - a boot screen appears with the Debian logo, 30 seconds pass and ...... a black screen and a blinking underline in the upper left corner. I boot into Live mode + persistence - a window for entering the password from persistence appears, I enter the same thing - a black screen and a blinking underline in the upper left corner.
How to set up everything to work?

The drivers may be incompatible, by default debian has only open drivers, and they may not be available for your laptop
Try running linux mint in live mode, if it works, then most likely these are the drivers
