Why did the sound disappear after replacing the video card?

I changed the video card to a gtx 1650 super, the sound disappeared, but if you turn it to the maximum, then there is a very quiet sound in the right ear (less than 1%), I tried all the obvious methods (switching output devices, updating all drivers, etc.)
And the microphone doesn't work.
