Why did the positive feedback after the Reward (refund) to the client not disappear?
Why didn’t the positive feedback on my profile disappear after the Reward (refund) to the client? And in general, is it true that after the reward, the fitbacks disappear? I watched in one video that one of the ways to remove negative feedback is to return the client's money. Is this not true, or is it just UpWork's humane policy that only negative feedback disappears after a reward?

If a refund reduces the freelancer's earnings to $1 or less on the contract, the contract will no longer show on both your work histories and any feedback will be removed from your feedback ratings. It can take up to 12 hours for this information to update.
