Upwork(freelancing) to withdraw money once a year, so real?

I have asked quite a few questions on this topic, but there are a couple more. Entrepreneurial activity is considered when you systematically earn money (2 or more times a year or 6 months - I don’t remember exactly), that is, you are required to register, etc. like IP. This leads to the next question, that once a year you can cash out money and at the same time any amount earned (let's say $ 1000)? in fact, 1 time - this is not like an individual entrepreneur, I see no problems.
We take for example the same upwork, the money is stored like 6 months on the account. Every new year, you can do work for 6 months, save money and withdraw, wait for the next year.
They say that the upwork is automatically sent to the card, but you can change the dates and accordingly extend the maximum period and limit (If there is one, and of course if they don’t ban you).
What do you think?)

it’s easier to strike a letter to the inspector and fuss over the offer agreement, and even so, upwork gives birth to something there with contracts almost suitable for control,
and so it’s right, but 13% and not 6%

nonsense write
for a maximum of six months when playing with dates on upwork
, use while a pioneer, while there is no global surveillance, it is moderately safe
to assume that you do not often withdraw money and this is not work, this is stupid

By default, the automatic withdrawal period for Upwork is 1 month. You can extend it by playing with dates, but I don’t recommend it, now Upwork often distributes bans for no reason and you can lose money.
To complete your scheme, Payoneer with a withdrawal to a local bank may be suitable. That is, you withdraw funds to your Payoneer account for a whole year, and from there once a year to your local bank account.
