Why did the computer start to boot immediately into the BIOS?

After turning on the computer, he thought a little, showed the logo of the motherboard and for some reason began to open the BIOS, as a result, he rebooted himself and went around the second circle.
After reading the forums, I vylyuchil all USB devices and tried to turn it on, but it didn’t work, it freezes when I try to enter the BIOS.
I also noticed that the cooler on the processor does not always start and the cooler on the back of the system unit stopped starting altogether.

it can enter the BIOS if it considers that a user reaction is required, for example, the cooler on the CPU did not start, it reboots from overheating, because. not everyone can work without a cooler for a long time.

And I, as a service engineer, will not recommend anything, except for "take it to the SC."
For then it will come out more expensive and the master is more hemorrhoids.
