This means that the rating of the application does not correspond to the content.
Look at the content that is on the screenshots (which you did not provide) and compare if it matches the specified rating.
If you do not agree, write an appeal.

I would add screenshots and a description of the application...
Offhand, the easiest option is to rate the application 16+ or 18+, or you need to carefully read the requirements for a lower rating.
