Admob: What to do with an ad block after blocking an app on Google Play?

When the app was on Google Play, I connected with it. But after it was blocked, the actual income dropped that way by 90%. (As if everything was blocked for me)
I'm interested in this question: To re-attach ads to admob, can I specify the same ad unit that was before? Or do you need to "link" the application again for monetization? I'm afraid that if I indicate the old block, then the income will not go. Does the application bundle play a role?
