Why is the app "not supported" and supported on the same phones?

Hello. There are two phones. Both Xiaomi Redmi Note 5A Prime, bought with an interval of 2 months. Actually, the equipment and everything they have is the same.
The problem revealed itself after resetting one of them to the factory settings: some applications that were previously supported were no longer "supported" on it and, moreover, are quite allowed to be installed on the second device.
From what I could find to pose the question:

Most likely, after the reset, the version of Android dropped, which led to the fact that applications were no longer supported. Just update your phone to the latest version if that's the case.
