Why did Google ads WordPres reject ads?

I have all Google ads disapproved for malware or unwanted software. I have cleaned the site and all scanners do not show up as viruses. The original malware that was fixed was wordpress wp-Vcd, but I hired experts and they reported no issues. All of our ads have been rejected and still no response from Google. What's strange, I bought new domain names and cloned the entire site (thinking maybe the system in google was cached and the domain was tagged), but it's the same problem, and new domains and even with a new google ads account report the same problem that and malicious ,i have to figure it out as soon as possible i know this is a common problem last week as many of our friends who also run ads have faced the same problem i am not sure
