Why Chrome's Edge User-Agent?

I know that it's based on Chromium, I'm wondering why the browser developers didn't change its UA, did someone forbid it with some kind of licenses there or something else, or can't this be done in the engine?

And why is the assembly number different? Could it be replaced?

@sprashivatel

Why did they decide that they have the same user-agent?
edge:

User-agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/80.0.3987.122 Safari/537.36 Edg/80.0.361.62

Chrome:
User-agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/80.0.3987.122 Safari/537.36

This is from the same site that you have in the question description. In case you haven't noticed, edge has an Edg at the end with its own version, unlike Chrome.
Z.s. You just need to figure out how UA is formed
