Tell me how to properly sync your Google Chrome account?

Greetings!
Explain how to properly synchronize your Google Chrome account (bookmarks, passwords, etc.)
I didn’t understand anything, I’ve been trying to figure this out for a long time, there are a lot of nuances that no one talks about in their videos.
As I understand it - synchronization of browser account data with Google Server and between different devices on which the chrome browser is installed, is it the same thing, or different things?
For example, on a computer in chrome, I have my own bookmarks, extensions, and so on. Chrome on a smartphone has its own bookmarks, and there are no extensions naturally (they are not provided there), but everything is synchronized if you do not uncheck it, as I wonder, adblock type extensions from the desktop version of the browser are synchronized with the version of the browser on the smartphone, where such extensions are technically not provided? Also, my bookmarks are completely different. When synchronizing, how will the merge take place * Will I be offered to save all bookmarks from both my smartphone and my computer?
Autocomplete in the options, where you can choose what exactly to synchronize, what is it? This is when you go to the site, and your login and password are already entered in the form? or what?
On some sites I have different passwords and accounts on the same sites (smartphone and computer) will there be a merge conflict?
Can I just sync my bookmarks, passwords, etc from my desktop version of the browser with the server without syncing my bookmarks and passwords on different devices in the same account? If I need to reset the settings, for example, everything is now in chrome. then just to synchronize the cleaned browser with my old bookmarks, passwords, etc. with the server and everything became as it was (all bookmarks, etc.)? Thank you!

Easier than a steamed turnip. Everything is synchronized with everything. If there are 2 or more accounts on the same site, both will be saved and you will be able to choose under which one to log in

I love questions like this. I didn’t google anything myself, but dumped a whole sheet of unformed text.
