Encoding issues in Firefox?

Hello, from time to time, when opening some sites in Firefox, some of the characters are displayed as bugs. The same pattern is repeated when installing Wordpress . Everything is fine in Chrome.
Type-encoding text-unicode / auto-detection and other options set manually did not give any result. In particular, this site is buggy Link to the site

Переустановить Firefox / провести ревизию расширений. У меня тоже Firefox подглючивает, только интерфейс самого браузера местами "плывет" картинками с открытых сайтов. Немного странное зрелище.
