Is there an extension in chrome to translate from english when highlighting a word or sentence?

Is there an extension in chrome to translate from english when highlighting a word or sentence? I remember once using this - just select a word or sentence (without pressing buttons) and in a second it shows the translation in a pop-up window.
I forgot what it's called, does anyone know?
