Why can't you see the favicon?

The favicon is not displayed on the mobile, I checked in all services, the favicon is there and configured correctly.
The site is three months old, could this be a problem?

Where are the requirements? We read:
The site icon must be square and have dimensions that are multiples of 48 pixels, for example 48 x 48
Yours is 16 by 16. It seems to pass through the help, but it is very small. Make 48 by 48.

If we are talking about Yandex, then it has a special bot for favicons: https://yandex.ru/support/webmaster/robot-workings... . Has the site been added to the webmaster? 3 months is already quite a long time, write to technical support on this issue, they will tell you everything.
