After the usual and already familiar cleaning of the computer, the following happened ...
On the video card, the cooler cannot spin up at full strength, it starts to spin, and then it seems to go out, before it has time to stop completely, it tries to spin up again. And so in a circle, as if pulsing, it spins either faster or slower. There is no image on the screen. The rest of the fans are spinning normally. The processor was not removed.
