What a barely noticeable gray speck on the laptop monitor, visible only in the black picture, appeared after I pressed my finger on the back of the laptop monitor, not on purpose.

You have deformed the matrix, a replacement is required. Programmatically, physical damage cannot be cured. If the deformation is caused by a dent on the metal protection behind the matrix, bend this dent back in some way (a rather risky procedure)
If within a few minutes it does not pass by itself, then the replacement of the matrix. But it's not worth it.
If the heterogeneity on a white background is a backlight defect.
If the heterogeneity on a black background is a defect in the matrix.
It looks like the second option, the matrix for replacement.
Before this, you can try to massage with your finger on the front side, but most likely it will become even worse.
