Do I need to buy a 2 x 4+4 pin power supply for Intel i7 10700F?

Video Card: GeForce RTX 2070 Super
Processor: Intel Core i7-10700F
Motherboard: MSI Z490-A PRO

There are 8+4 pins on the motherboard to power the processor. Do I need to power additional 4 pins? What power supply is suitable for this build?
