Why can't some US users access the site?

Good evening!
Faced an incomprehensible and not pleasant problem. I have a landing page where I drive western traffic from adwords and email newsletters.
A significant part of users have a problem opening the page. They describe their problem in different ways: "link corrupt", "page is inactive", "website is down", "page cannot be found".
First of all, I thought that the domain was not registered in all DNS zones, but more than a month has passed since the moment of registration.
Then I tried several American proxies. To do this, I chose the top 5 popular communication providers in the USA. Everything opened up nicely.
Google Safe Browsing Site Status says that the site is clean: Safe Browsing has not recently seen malicious content.
The landing page is hosted by www.reg.ru and the domain is registered there.
If anyone has encountered a similar problem or knows / guesses how to solve it - write. I would appreciate any ideas and help.
