you need to create a subdomain, register an A record for it, specify servername sub.domain.ru in the web server settings for the desired site, something like this.

Describe the situation in more detail, for a more accurate representation, indicate your domain.
Who registered the domain and whose hosting you use
https://www.nic.ru/whois/ - here you can see who owns your domain and whose n-server is used (in the lines nserver, registrar).
Either you should be able to change DNS zones or your domain registrar should be able to change DNS zones.
