Setting up a DNS server on a VPS, or not?

There is a server on LeaseWeb, Debian 8. You need to set up several domains with their subdomains. Apache is already configured with all the necessary virtual hosts.
Question: What do I need for this?

You need a DNS service.
For example pdd.yandex.ru
