What kind of DDNS services are there like No-Ip, but with port forwarding?

Hello. Problem with opening port 80 due to dynamic IP.
I am looking for a DDNS service that can redirect the user from 80 to any other port without closing other ports (443 for example) , without redirecting to another link (No-Ip redirects to a link with a port, I do n't need it )

I doubt that such a service exists - in a free state.
Port forwarding has nothing to do with DNS at all, and your task is rather peculiar for someone to come up with a free service for it.

Or rent vps and do everything through vpn.
