How to make your own DNS server on Ubuntu 18.04?

I saw a hosting provider DNS server. Wanted to raise mine.
How can I do that?
In my case it is a VPS with Ubuntu 18.04

apt install bind
vi /etc/named.conf
service bind start
congratulations, you have your own DNS server
