How to configure CentOS Web Panel & DNS?

Hello!
For a long time I tried to figure out the organization of the working environment for our small team of web developers, but alas, it didn’t work out.
Ultimately, I leaned towards CentOS (minimal) + CentOS Web Panel (quite a lot).
As far as I understood, after installing the axis itself and the panel, I got an almost fully functional server for hosting.
Basically, I got what I wanted. This hosting option is for business purposes only and only for our development team, so that everyone has their own piece to test.
So we have:
Own server with installed CentOS (minimal) + CentOS Web Panel.
Dedicated IP + good fiber optic channel.
We have an account on the server of one of the hosters + registered domain name server.org
On the above server, a record was made that says that when accessing office.server.org, the user got to our CentOS (minimal) server + CentOS Web Panel.
The task is to ensure that when creating a subdomain like 1.office.server.org, users and developers get to the requested address.
As far as I understand, we need to configure a DNS server on our office server and everything will go like clockwork?
Generally speaking, I ask for help and guidance.
A variant like: "what are you thinking, hire an admin and that's it ..." - it does not work, and a request for such individuals to pass by.

Those. do you want to be trained?
Use the registrar's DNS server, the easiest option.

didn’t work with double subdomains, I can’t say, try to create a subdomain at the hoster not office.server.org but immediately 1.office.server.org and specify your server as the destination
