What is a free or cheap dns-hosting with a stable primary in the Russian Federation or somewhere close?

I used to use 2ns.info with pleasure, but now only domains registered with them can be linked there. Free DNS hosting from pdd.yandex.ru is good (I use it), but now it is also not suitable, because they allow you to keep only 50 domains on one account (and I need 100+). ypdns.com under DDoS (and therefore secondary is generally silent there now). Registrar dns does not suit me, because domains are from different registrars.
Where to keep domain zones? I'm even ready to give a hundred or two rubles a month, but I don't know to whom.

There were rumors that DnsMadeEasy might host a node in Russia. Now very unlikely because of the sanctions.
Zilore has servers in Moscow, Samara and Novosibirsk .

try cloudflare. I’m not sure about some restrictions, I don’t have so many domains, but it seems that according to the reviews, the service is ok.
