Why doesn't reverse lookup zone work in bind9?

I'm trying to set up bind9, I created forward and reverse lookup zones, the DNS name resolves to the IP address, on the contrary, it doesn't.

flz.skill39.zone config:

rlz.skill39.zone config:

host 172.16.20.10outputs the following:

The network used is 172.16.20.0/26 if that matters.
Thanks in advance.
