Why can't outlook clients from a different subnet connect?

I got this scheme: AD (DC1, DC2) + Exchange 2010 (all roles on one server) in the central office, an additional office with its own site and subnet in AD (there is a domain controller)
DC1 freshly restored after falling from backups (not by me, backups I didn’t see it, I didn’t see the recovery method either), the Exchange server is almost the same (during recovery, it was taken out of the domain for some reason. Then it was put back in, I fixed glitches, most of it works)
The problem is this: in the main office, almost everything works, but at
remote office - users can be connected to the mailboxes only through OWA
RPC Connection in Outlook - does not plow. Error - the server is unavailable (it pings from that network, accesses file resources and is generally well visible). Traffic between networks is not limited in any way.
where can i dig? I've tried a lot of things that googling. but I will accept any advice =) you never know what overlooked.
