How to fix disappearing/knocking printers in roaming profiles?

There is an RDS farm win 2019, it uses roaming profiles (shares on the file server), periodically when moving to another terminal server (or to a new one if there is one / after rebooting the TS-s), the user's printers that were added recently disappear, and it also gets lost default printer. Printers are connected through a print server (group policies are not used, because there are many users), all printers have full rights for everyone

Use a group in AD for the printer.
