How to set up domain access rights for a network folder (1C and normal access)?

Good day.

Question to experts on setting up access rights in the domain.
There is an organization with a 1C 7.7 system. DB file in the form of dbf files that are stored in a network folder.
Now all domain users have full access to this folder, since supposedly 1C will stop working on client machines.
Is it possible to somehow set the rights in the domain so that when working with a database on a network drive through 1C, 1C itself works fine with the database, but if the user wants to go to the folder with the database through Explorer, then he can only read files without the ability to write and removal.

Thank you.

So that someone does not intentionally or accidentally erase something in the database, set up nightly archiving, for example, folders with a 1C database.
Or hide the ball with a base like \\Server\1C_77_Baza$ Artem has already cleared up the
rest . PS Taki was wrong. You close access to Users to change and delete the database, make a separate User for 1C with full rights and run 1C 77 on computers on his behalf, for example, SO .

On file 7.7 you won't do that.
Go to 8-ku, there you can publish the database on a web server and work via http, users will not have physical access to the folders with the database (and to the server disks in general).
